Healthier Together

We promote healthy lifestyles in a number of ways.  We have lessons that focus on healthy lifestyle, eating and exercise,  We also discuss mental well being, which is so important.  We also encourage children make healthy eating choices by having snack options of fruit or vegetables at break time.  We also have water coolers in school and encourage children to drink water throughout the day.  Our outdoor provision is also key, providing lots of space for the children to run, climb and take part in physical play and PE.
